Leadership

Marshall C. Bell
President and Chief Strategist

Marshall C. Bell has spent his entire life listening, learning, and leading. At age 18, while still a freshman in college, he was tapped to manage the political campaign for his brother, former Baltimore City Council President, Lawrence Bell III.

After graduating, he joined the family business working as its Operations Manager, before taking a financial services position at a Fortune 500 firm located in the Baltimore/D.C. region. In 2006, he started his first company, Crystal Clear Cleaning and Building Services.

Marshall is a dedicated community advocate with a multifaceted background in public service, policy, and communications. Elected in 2014 to the Democratic State Central Committee representing Maryland's 40th Legislative District, his public sector experience also includes serving as a senior advisor to numerous city and statewide political campaigns, as well as a Legislative Policy Analyst for the Baltimore City Council and in the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City.

Most recently, he led the Public Affairs division at PRR, a Seattle-based marketing and communications firm, where he advanced public engagement strategies across diverse sectors.

Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Howard University, and an MBA from The University of Maryland (Global Campus). He is married to wife Ronda, and is the proud father of two amazing sons, and dad to two outstanding bonus sons, as well.
